New build homes

Underfloor Heating
We design and install warm-water underfloor heating for new builds, extensions and refurbishments across London. We are the best at what we do — from manifold and zoning to commissioning, we plan each system so it performs quietly, efficiently and for the long term.
Our professional underfloor heating installations replace traditional radiators with a hidden network of pipes, giving you a more comfortable and uncluttered space.
We’ll advise on the most suitable system build‑up for your project, taking into account floor construction, insulation and finishes.
Incorporating underfloor heating from the outset gives you maximum efficiency and design flexibility.
Ideal for kitchen‑diner extensions and open‑plan living areas where you want even, comfortable heat.
In some cases, low‑profile systems can be installed over existing floors as part of renovation work.
The manifold is the heart of a warm-water underfloor system: heated water from your boiler or heat source arrives here, then is distributed to individual loops in the floor. Return water comes back to the same assembly for mixing, monitoring and safe circulation — which is why we mount, label and commission it so you can operate and service the system from one accessible point.
Each circuit typically serves a room or part of a large open plan area. Flow meters on the supply rail let us set and read flow per loop; return ports pair with actuators or manual valves so rooms can call for heat independently when wired to your controls.
Installations are often recessed into a stud wall or cupboard — as in the photograph — keeping pipework tidy and leaving the manifold at a sensible working height for adjustments or part replacement.
Most routine checks start here: verifying flows, exercising isolators, listening to the pump and confirming actuators respond to the room thermostat or wiring centre. If a zone is cool, air in a loop, a stuck valve or a control fault often shows up at the manifold first — which saves time on site.
We label circuits, record design flow rates where helpful, and walk you through normal operation after commissioning. For larger or multi-storey layouts we can agree a maintenance visit schedule so manifolds, pumps and controls stay reliable year on year.
