Who we are
ASC HEATING & PLUMBING provides domestic and commercial plumbing and heating services across London and surrounding areas. Website: ascmech.co.uk.
Pricing and quotes
We provide itemised quotations where possible before work proceeds. Emergency or diagnostic visits may incur a call-out or labour charge as stated at booking. We explain material and labour costs and seek approval for variations.
Qualifications and registration
Gas and certain heating work is carried out by appropriately qualified engineers registered with Gas Safe Register where legally required. Registration numbers can be confirmed on request or via the Gas Safe website before work begins.
Insurance
We hold public liability insurance appropriate to our trade. Certificates can be shown on request for commercial clients or managing agents.
Reviews and reputation
We welcome feedback on independent platforms including Checkatrade. We do not edit third-party reviews; we respond professionally to concerns raised there or directly with us.
Complaints procedure
- Contact us at info@ascmech.co.uk or +44 (0) 7878 812946 with your name, job reference and summary of the issue.
- We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and investigate with the engineer or team involved.
- We aim to provide a written outcome within 14 working days. Complex cases may take longer; we will keep you informed.
- If you remain dissatisfied and you are a consumer, you may refer the matter to an approved alternative dispute resolution scheme or pursue remedies under consumer law.
Conflicts of interest
We disclose any material connection to manufacturers or referral schemes when relevant to your decision.
